1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RenderDoc's document generation API platform and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Definitions

• "Account" means your registered account with RenderDoc
• "API" means the application programming interface provided by RenderDoc
• "Content" means any data, text, information, or materials transmitted through the Services
• "Customer" or "you" means the individual or entity using the Services
• "Documents" means PDF, Excel, or other files generated through the Services
• "Services" means all products, services, and features provided by RenderDoc

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Account Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Services to:

• Generate documents containing illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. Service Usage and Limits

5.1 Usage Limits

Your use of the Services is subject to usage limits based on your subscription plan. These limits include but are not limited to:

• Number of documents per month based on your plan
• Number of API calls per second (rate limiting)
• Number of templates
• Document retention period
• Number of team members

5.2 Rate Limiting

We implement rate limiting to ensure fair usage and service stability. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or blocking of API requests.

5.3 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with or without notice.

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Subscription Plans

RenderDoc offers subscription-based pricing with monthly document limits. Plans include Free (20 docs/month), Starter ($19/month, 100 docs), Growth ($49/month, 1,000 docs), and Scale ($149/month, 5,000 docs). Additional documents beyond your plan limit may be available at overage rates.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods made available through our payment processor. Payment is billed monthly in advance.

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will apply to future billing cycles only. We will notify users of any significant price changes at least 30 days in advance.

6.4 Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST for Indian customers), which will be added to your subscription total. Tax invoices are generated after successful payment.

7. Account Closure and Refunds

7.1 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon closure, your subscription will be cancelled and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

7.2 Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for annual plans or technical issues that prevented service usage. See our Refund Policy for details.

7.3 Account Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination for cause, no refunds will be provided.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

The Services, including all software, content, designs, and trademarks, are owned by Delivstat Technology Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload or transmit through the Services, including your templates and the data used to generate documents. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Services.

8.3 Generated Documents

Documents generated through our Services belong to you. We claim no ownership over the output of the document generation process.

8.4 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Services, we may use them without any obligation to compensate you.

9. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such collection and use.

Important: Generated documents are stored temporarily based on your plan's retention settings (1-3 days) and then automatically deleted. You are responsible for downloading documents before they expire.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELIVSTAT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Delivstat Technology Solutions harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
