Sub-processors

This page lists the third-party sub-processors that RenderDoc uses to provide our services. As described in our Data Processing Agreement, we ensure all sub-processors maintain appropriate data protection standards.
What is a Sub-processor?
A sub-processor is a third-party service provider that processes personal data on behalf of RenderDoc to help us deliver our services. Under GDPR and similar data protection laws, we are required to:
- Maintain a list of sub-processors we use
- Ensure sub-processors provide adequate data protection guarantees
- Notify customers of any changes to our sub-processor list
- Enter into data processing agreements with all sub-processors
Current Sub-processors
The following third parties process personal data on behalf of RenderDoc:
Railway
United StatesInfrastructure hosting (Database, API servers, background jobs)
All service data including document metadata, templates, account information
Amazon Web Services (AWS S3)
Europe (eu-north-1, Stockholm)Document storage
Generated PDF and Excel documents (temporary storage for download)
CloudFlare
Global (edge locations)CDN, DDoS protection, DNS, TLS termination
IP addresses, request metadata, traffic data
Cashfree Payments
IndiaPayment processing
Billing information, payment card details (not stored by RenderDoc)
International Data Transfers
Some of our sub-processors are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). For these transfers, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:

Changes to Sub-processors
We may update our list of sub-processors from time to time. When we add a new sub-processor:
- We will update this page with the new sub-processor details
- We will notify customers via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before the change takes effect
- Customers may object to the new sub-processor by contacting us at privacy@renderdoc.dev
- If a customer has a legitimate objection that cannot be resolved, they may terminate their account

To receive notifications about changes to our sub-processor list:
- Ensure your account email is up to date in your account settings
- Check this page periodically for updates
- Contact us at privacy@renderdoc.dev to request direct notifications
Data We Do NOT Share
RenderDoc does NOT share your data with:
- Advertising networks or data brokers
- Marketing platforms (unless you explicitly integrate them)
- Any third party for their own commercial purposes
Important: We do not store document template data. Template variables and content are processed in memory and immediately discarded after document generation. Generated documents are stored temporarily for download via signed URLs (configurable retention period).
